Hmm maybe they should take a trip to north korea or china and see what happens when they tespass onto lands they have been asked to stay off of.

BLM created this problem with their spineless voluntary compliance rule. Yes, these defiant folks should get cited/fined but someone at BLM needs a “deficient” performance review as well.

I agree with Mike–the whole thing sounds muddled. I bet they get off and the feds back off on the rule.

My Constitutional law is a bit rusty, but I’m pretty sure that the Bill of Rights does not specify the right to ride an ATV wherever the hell one wants.
The sense of entitlement in this country is unbelievable!
